Our providers do not conduct forensic, legal, or long-term disability evaluations. However, with the necessary signed releases, we can provide treatment records to the relevant parties as documentation support. These evaluations are generally not covered by third-party payers, who usually only cover treatment-related services.

There are many specialists in forensic and disability assessments available in most communities. Requests for these assessments often conflict with treatment and can place your provider in a dual role, which may hinder treatment success if they become the focus of visits.

If your provider determines that any such evaluations (e.g.: intermittent leave or short-term disability) are clinically necessary to assist in compliance or more intensive treatment, they will discuss recommendation options with you during your visit.
